Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing updates or screen display differences.
Please note that certain lifestyle images on the Website are digitally created or enhanced for visual presentation purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance but always match the specifications provided.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Taxes and duties are not included. Any applicable import charges will be collected by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs and any additional fees will be shown at checkout.
Orders and Acceptance
An order placed through the Website becomes binding once it is confirmed by us. We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders for reasons such as suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory errors.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment email. The purchase agreement becomes effective once we send the order confirmation.
Payment
Payments must be made using the payment methods available on the Website. If a payment fails or is revoked by your provider, we may cancel the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout, but actual delivery may vary due to factors outside our control such as courier delays or customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are not collected by Moné Padel.
Once an order is handed to the courier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition, including all packaging, labels, and accessories. For full details, please see our Return and Refund Policy.
Return shipping is covered by us only in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Warranty and Liability
Products are covered by statutory warranty obligations. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
