Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. Orders are fulfilled from our facility in Guangdong Province, China, while Moné Padel operates legally from Singapore.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your destination. The timeframes below are standard estimates provided by our logistics partners:

These are estimates only and may be affected by customs inspections, holidays, or courier delays.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Some countries may require customs fees, import duties, VAT, or other charges before releasing the shipment. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.
If import duties or taxes are not paid and the parcel is refused or returned, any return shipping fees, customs handling charges, or losses incurred will be deducted from any refund issued. If the parcel is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive, please notify us at info@monepadel.com. Claims must include an official letter or verification from the courier confirming that the package was lost or damaged. Without documented confirmation, we cannot issue refunds.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Moné Padel is not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
