Return Policy
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not offer replacements. If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will issue a refund.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Padel rackets that have been opened, used, or played with

Accessories (such as grips or overgrips) that have been opened or used

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Sale items

Gift cards
For hygiene and performance reasons, once a racket or accessory has been opened or used, it cannot be returned.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before starting a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or replacements.
If you would like a different item, please return your unopened product (if eligible) and place a new order.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
